Helen L. Krancer is the founder and owner of The Agency Without Walls, Inc., a 14-year-old direct marketing/advertising agency. When asked her marketing specialty, Helen replies, "Solving clients' marketing problems." Helen is experienced in determining marketing objectives, developing marketing plans, strategies, positioning and tactics. Also a skilled copywriter, Helen is accustomed to setting creative direction and translating product information into benefits.

Helen's background includes both client and agency experience: Nature Food Centres, Scholastic Magazines, Roaman's Mail Order. Her various responsibilities on her different jobs, and working with a variety of clients, have given her a wide range of knowledge about direct response marketing, testing and analysis, media planning and buying, print buying and all phases of production.
